Program Overview

The Chinese Children's Charities' Waiting Child Program was created to help place orphaned children with minor handicaps with loving families. When a couple decides to adopt a Waiting Child, not only do they have to consider the adoption fee, but also probable future expenses due to the child's handicap(s).

Even though most of the couples would adopt these children in a heartbeat, the potential overall cost involved is a deciding factor for many. The Wiley, Morgan and Parker Fund will help these couples by providing grants that will assist in these financial costs. Their dream of being united with one of these precious children can come true.
